Lead Pastors

Dr. Rusty and Pastor Anne have served as lead pastors of Christian City Fellowship since 1992 and have been instrumental in serving Austin County and the surrounding area. They've been dedicated to seeing lives changed and continue to do so in everything they do!

Mike Noviskie

Associate Pastor

Pastor Mike was enthusiastically welcomed back to CCF’s pastoral staff in January 2026! He and his wife, Chandra, recently spent 14 years in South Africa engaging in missions, equipping leaders and strengthening local churches through discipleship and music. With over 35 years of experience in music ministry, Mike is dedicated to leading worship and developing teams that serve with excellence and heart.

Tyler Bebee

Generations Pastor

Pastor Tyler joined the team in the Fall of 2018 to lead our students and help oversee our children's ministry. He wants to see students and kids connect with God in a very real way.

Trica Coronis

Assistant Pastor

Since 2014, Pastor Trica has devoted her life to pursuing a range of ministries at CCF. To the delight of the congregation in 2025, she was named Assistant Pastor over the Care Ministry, a role she had already been fulfilling for years without the title. She invests in helping others grow in their walk with Christ. She and her husband, Aaron, also serve on the Pastor's Council.

Kimberly Biberstein

Church Administrator

Kimberly Biberstein joined the church staff in June 2020 with a heart for those birth to 12th grades. She volunteers as an Early Childhood Coordinator and as part of the Admin Team she brings development to both Children’s and Student Ministries. She now also serves at the Church Administrator and Pastor Rusty Griffin's Assistant.


Marie Myers

Admin Team

After growing up in this church and volunteering in ministry for many years, Marie joined the Admin Team in September 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and has a passion to serve and connect people to Christ and His body!

Mary Clark

Accountant

Mary joined Christian City Fellowship’s Admin Team in July 2014 as CCF’s Church Administrator but now has transitioned to serving as the church Accountant. After receiving a Business Administration and Accounting degree from Texas A&M University, she served as a missionary in Cameroon with Wycliff Bible Translators. She and her husband, James, serve on the Pastor’s Council, are two of CCF’s Life Group Coaches, and serve with a variety of other ministry teams.

Darrell Myers

Children's Team

Darrell grew up in a pastor’s home in a small town in the Texas panhandle. He graduated with an Associate degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and in 1991 he began attending Christian City Fellowship after moving to Austin County. He has served CCF in many ways but his main focus is Children’s Ministry. Darrell’s heart for kids is as BIG as Texas and is evident any time he is around them!
